Team Setup
When your team arrives to the venue, look for a table with your team number on it. This will be your table for the event.

Open Ceremonies
During the opening ceremony, the teams will be seated in the gym bleachers together.

Project Review
During the Project Review, it is important to allow the team members to speak. Parents are expected to leave the tables and allow their team members to speak. Official Team Mentors will be allowed at the tables.

Team Activities
Teams are strongly encouraged to participate in the activities available for the teams. Activities such as Robot Demonstrations, Dancing, Building Activities with Knex and Legos, etc.

Closing Ceremonies and Awards presentation
During the closing ceremony, the teams will be seated in the gym bleachers together. DUring the awards presentation, each team will be presented with an award. The entire team (including team mentors) will come down and clap hands with the reviewers and volunteers and receive their award along with a participation medal.

Tear Down
Teams are responsible for removing all of your materials from the event. Brandon Teams will be packing up their materials and Truck Town Thunder will be moving your creations to Brandon High School for storage. Teams may request to have their creations displayed at a location of their choice. Email Andrew Spiece to arrange this at aspiece@gmail.com.

Food
There will be a concession stand selling pizza, pop, bottled water and snacks. All funds will go to help to put on such a great event.

Electricity
If a team requires electricity for their Lego Creation, please contact Andrew Spiece (aspiece@brandon.k12.mi.us) in advance to arrange a table location near an electrical outlet.
