Truck Town’s Thundering Innovation Camp
June 23, 2014, Ortonville, Michigan, Feel the Thunder and join the Truck Town Thunder Robotics team for an innovative week long day camp for kids 8-14.
Teachers, Engineers, and students from Truck Town Thunder will guide kids through learning about robotics and engineering. Students will learn about design and programming in a competitive environment. Participants in the FIRST Lego League will get an introduction to the upcoming season. Students will learn about teamwork while working together to compete in an excellent design challenge. Students will operate the Truck Town Thunders Robot and learn the ideals of FIRST. Participants will have the opportunity to join in a swimming session at Brandon Aquatic & Fitness Center. Participants receive a T-Shirt to wear the last day of camp.
