Truck Town Thunder Presents Check to The Desert Angel
Ortonville, Michigan, April 18, 2012 – The Truck Town Thunder Robotics, FIRST Team 68, has been selling survival bracelets since January to raise money for The Desert Angel, Louise Downs, to send Miracle Boxes overseas to our troops. The team has been working diligently to sell bracelets and have sold enough of them to be able to present The Desert Angel a check for $1200 at a Packing Party at the Oakland County Sportsman Club in Clarkston, Michigan, on April 12, 2012. The team appreciates everything Louise does for our troops overseas and looks forward to a continued relationship with her organization.
